What A Paralegal Cannot Do

At IJN Legal Support Service LLC, we only provide paralegal support services to our clients. We do not

Give legal advice, offer legal opinions, interpret the law, or provide guidance on legal rights and options.
Represent clients in court or act as legal counsel in hearings, except in limited cases like administrative hearings where allowed.
Set legal fees, negotiate settlements, or accept/decline a legal case.
Sign pleadings, contracts, or legal filings on behalf of clients, unless in rare cases where it is explicitly authorized.
Establish an attorney-client relationship.
Create or modify legal strategies.
Prepare legal documents without the supervision of an attorney in cases where an attorney’s review is mandatory by law.
